[FM-India] CFP for ICPC, co-located with ICSE 2014

 Dear all,
 
 ICPC (Int. Conf. on Program Comprehension) takes place in India this
 year, co-located with ICSE. This is its 22nd edition.  Formal as well
 as informal methods that assist with program understanding and
 comprehension are in scope for this conference.  The conference has
 four tracks. While the main track has a Jan. 24 deadline, the
 Industry, Tool Demo and ERA tracks have their deadlines around
 mid-Feb. The conference web page is http://icpc2014.usask.ca/. Please
